When driving to Sequim stop off at the Discovery Bay Railroad Park for your food, ice cream or candy. Just look for the trains on the east side of the street just north of HWY 20 exit.

Sequim, WA is this beautiful small town just off Hwy 101 on the Olympic Peninsula. Locals call Hwy 101 "the bypass" that is because in 1996-1997 you had to drive through the down town of Sequim to get to Port Angeles & traffic was backed up for miles, especially in the summer. We are also called the "Blue Hole" because of the rain shadow effect we get from the Olympic Mountains. Sequim gets on an average of 16.5 inches of rain per year.
